Return and Refund Policy

At BUYONJK, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

It operates alongside your rights under applicable Indian consumer-protection laws. Nothing in this policy removes any remedy that the law requires us to provide.

1. Return Eligibility

A return or other remedy may be available if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive an incorrect or incomplete order.

  • The product materially differs from its description or specifications.

  • You request a return of an eligible product under our voluntary return policy.

  • Another remedy is available under applicable law.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, eligible products should generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation where applicable.

Product-specific conditions and exclusions will be disclosed where applicable and will not override mandatory consumer rights.

2. Return Timeframe

Include your order number, the product name, the reason for the request, and photographs or other supporting information where relevant.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email BUYONJK@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order [ORDER NUMBER]".

  2. Explain the reason for your request.

  3. Attach photographs or other evidence where relevant.

  4. Wait for our return instructions before sending the product back, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  5. Pack the product securely and use the authorised return method provided by our team.

Please do not send a product to an unconfirmed return address.

4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact BUYONJK@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the product, packaging, and issue.

After reviewing your request, we will explain the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another legally required remedy.

We will not require you to accept store credit or a replacement instead of a refund where the law entitles you to a refund.

5. Refund Process and Timing

Once an authorised return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME], subject to applicable legal timelines and payment-provider procedures.

Refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method where feasible. If that method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a lawful alternative.

6. Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through a suitable method agreed with the customer, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification requirements.

We may request the information necessary to process the refund securely. We will not request your payment PIN, password, or one-time password to issue a refund.

Any COD fee treatment will follow the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law. We will not retain a fee where doing so would violate a legal refund obligation.

7. Exchanges

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns where the exclusion is lawful and disclosed before purchase:

  • Personal-care or hygiene products that cannot lawfully or safely be resold after opening.

  • Customised or personalised products, except where a legal remedy applies.

  • Digital products or services where a lawful exclusion applies.

  • Perishable goods or products with a limited usable life, where applicable.

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable before purchase, where permitted by law.

A non-returnable label does not automatically exclude remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming products where those remedies are required by law.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be handled as follows:

  • Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products: We will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required by our policy or applicable law.

11. Refunds Not Approved

If a voluntary return does not meet the stated eligibility conditions, we will explain the reason for our decision.

This section does not permit us to deny a remedy required by applicable law. If you disagree with our decision, contact us so we can review the matter.
