Processing may include order verification, supplier confirmation, packing, and preparation for dispatch. Processing times may vary during sales, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

For Cash on Delivery orders, processing may begin after order confirmation or any verification required by our fulfilment partner.

If we cannot process an order within the expected timeframe, we will notify you where reasonably practicable.

2. Shipping Methods

We may use standard courier delivery, express delivery where available, or other delivery methods shown at checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers and logistics partners, including Dropdash where applicable.

Available shipping methods depend on the product, destination, courier coverage, and fulfilment arrangements.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times generally begin after dispatch unless stated otherwise.

  • Domestic delivery within India: with in 2 to 5 days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, holidays, service disruptions, address verification, or other circumstances.

We will communicate significant delays when reasonably practicable. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Standard shipping: 

Any applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase. We will not add undisclosed shipping fees after checkout without your agreement.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and delivery locations.

An additional COD fee may apply to orders placed using Cash on Delivery. The applicable fee, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

COD availability and charges may depend on the delivery location, order value, product, and fulfilment partner. Please review the final order total before placing your order.

6. Delivery Areas

Any additional charges will be handled transparently and only where disclosed and permitted by law.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  3. We will investigate with the courier or fulfilment partner and explain the next steps.

If an order is confirmed lost or remains undelivered, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable under our policies and the law.

10. Damaged Parcels or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears incomplete, contact BUYONJK@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where available, photographs of the item and packaging. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue.

Any suggested reporting timeframe does not automatically remove rights available under applicable law.

11. International Shipping
